Autonomy in higher education in Vietnam

Currently, the education and training in Vietnam sector has had specific policies actions which to attach importance renewal of management mechanism for universities direction that are more autonomous their mission implementation, improve quality education. International experience shows one solutions public is gradually increase autonomy following areas: program plan; using finance facilities; recruitment, human resource management; educational goals quality. The paper presents research on model context implementation Education Law 2019.
